Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information including abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, etc. We cannot take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to a processing time of 2- 5 days that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process. After your payment is authorized and verified.
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
In the event of any accepted returns you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. All duties & taxes associated with international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must file a claim with USPS. Once a tracking number states "in transit", Fashion Grabs is no longer responsible for that package. Responsibility at that time transfers to the courier service. We strongly urge the purchase of shipping insurance. Fashion Grabs does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
If your order includes multiple items and one, or more, of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item or items not in stock.

We are currently not able to issue refunds, accept returns, or offer exchanges on any purchases other than for damaged, or defective items.
In the event that damaged or defective items are received, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If a damaged or defective item is received, you must email a photo along with specific details of the defect upon receipt of the item to info@fashiongrabsmerch.com .
Any damaged, or defective item return exceptions must be approved and are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fashion Grabs store e-gift card.
Any return items approved & accepted must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date. A mailing label will be provided. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must also be free of stains, or wear.
The return must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which item is being returned. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back any approved item returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
